Full job description
GENERAL FUNCTION: Supports purchasing and materials staff through performance of general clerical duties. Maintains office files and records. TYPICAL DUTIES: The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. Supports onboarding of suppliers through the AVL process. Maintains files and data base regarding records of suppliers and supplier capabilities. Provides general office services as assigned. DESIRED REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Working knowledge of office procedures and functions. Working knowledge of computer applications. Ability to operate common office equipment. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TRAINING: High school diploma, GED and 2 years experience as a purchasing clerk.
