Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Recruiter to support hiring activities for a long-term contract opportunity based in Westerville, Ohio. This role focuses on identifying talent, coordinating recruitment workflows, and delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable using online tools and research methods to support full-cycle recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruiting activities from initial sourcing through candidate coordination and hiring support.

• Create and maintain compelling job advertisements across appropriate channels to attract applicants with relevant experience.

• Use online research tools and search platforms to identify potential candidates and build talent pipelines.

• Communicate with applicants and internal stakeholders to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and support scheduling and documentation throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and align sourcing strategies with open positions.

• Deliver excellent customer service to candidates and colleagues while handling multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition activities, including full-cycle hiring processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams.

• Proficiency with computer applications, internet-based research, and online search tools.

• Ability to create job postings and apply effective sourcing techniques to identify talent.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, track details, and maintain accurate information.

• Customer service mindset and the ability to respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
