Support scheduling and deployment of technicians across active data center projects. Maintain project documentation including status reports, action item logs, risk registers, meeting notes, and operational dashboards. Monitor technician performance and field execution to ensure project milestones and quality standards are achieved. Analyze operational and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Create executive-level reports and present program updates to leadership teams. Support governance meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft and AI-enabled productivity tools to streamline reporting and operational processes. Travel periodically to project sites to support workforce deployment, stakeholder meetings, and field operations reviews.
