Talent & Deleopment Lead Belux

The Talent & Development Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and organizing the operations of the Talent & Development function to attract, develop, and retain Schindler Belux and Dualbrand employees, ensuring that all programs meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure talent practices align with the company's overall goals. Furthermore, the Talent & Development Lead manages the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Development team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and coordinate the full recruitment cycle for Schindler Belux/Dualbrands and develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract talent

  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to strengthen the employer brand and talent pipeline.

  • Analyze learning and development trends and conduct benchmarking to ensure

programs attract, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Manage and coordinate talent and development processes: learning needs analysis, training planning, and administration of development programs

  • Engage with external partners, recruitment agencies, schools, training providers, and industry associations to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in talent and development.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Talent & Development, Learning & Development, or HR with international exposure.

  • First experience in leading a small team.

  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English written and spoken is required.

  • Excellent MS Office skills.

  • Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, or Learning Management Systems is a very big asset.
