We have designed, built, operated, and maintained mechanical systems for a wide variety of clients, including hospitals, data centers, manufacturers, financial institutions, universities, office buildings, and more.

Founded in 1999, eTEC Mechanical is a full-service mechanical contractor providing engineering, installation and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, piping and fire protection systems. We provide diverse mechanical services to meet our customer’s needs, ranging from engineering and installing heating and cooling systems to maintaining and troubleshooting commercial/industrial HVAC and fire protection systems. eTEC’s mission is to provide commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, piping and fire protection systems for customers who need a single source mechanical contractor. We are the only mechanical service provider in central Virginia able to efficiently provide professional in-house engineering, installation and maintenance for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems to the commercial and industrial market.

Service Account Manager
Job Summary:
To acquire new preventive maintenance contract opportunities for HVAC systems in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Salary Range- $60,000 to $80,000
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify new prospects, expand share within existing commercial accounts, and sell service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital/controls solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to facility managers, and business owners to align HVAC performance with energy efficiency, uptime, and capital planning goals.

Prepare cost estimates, price quotations, and formal contracts.

Coordinate with internal service and project teams to ensure smooth job execution, maintenance delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or five years of HVAC industry experience
-
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Career minded
-
Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders, walking and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are required.
