Full job description
Description We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to support healthcare operations by overseeing the full lifecycle of vendor and service agreements in Valencia, California. This Long-term Contract position will focus on strengthening compliance, reducing contractual risk, and helping the organization maintain effective business and financial partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple departments to move agreements from review to execution.
Responsibilities:

Evaluate vendor, pricing, and service agreements, prepare revisions, and lead contract discussions to secure appropriate business terms.

Guide agreements through the approval and signature process while ensuring each document reflects organizational standards and operational needs.

Confirm that contract language supports healthcare-related requirements, including privacy expectations, safety obligations, and billing compliance.

Maintain accurate contract files, monitor renewal timelines, and track key provisions, deliverables, and responsibilities across a high-volume portfolio.

Collaborate with legal, compliance, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to address contract questions and provide practical recommendations.

Research and resolve contract-related issues by interpreting terms, identifying potential exposure, and recommending risk-conscious solutions.

Provide documentation and contract support for audits, due diligence reviews, and internal or external information requests.

Assist with bid-related and pricing agreement activities to support vendor selection and commercial decision-making. Requirements • Experience in contract administration, contract management, and agreement negotiation.

Working knowledge of core contract principles, vendor management practices, and standard terms and conditions.

Ability to assess contractual risk and apply sound judgment in support of compliance and business objectives.

Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple agreements, deadlines, and renewal schedules.

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with pricing structures, service agreements, and calls for bids in a regulated business environment.

Proficiency in maintaining accurate contract documentation and supporting audit or due diligence activities.
