Director of Nursing

Caring Senior Service

Caring Senior Service allows you to utilize your talents and strengths to support seniors in your community — whether you work in a client’s home or in the office. Our staff works together to ensure that every senior we serve receives GreatCare. We believe every senior should remain happy, healthy, and at home!

Position Details: We’re seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week. The ideal candidate will be available to work weekly from 9 AM to 3 PM or 10 AM to 4 PM. Some evenings and weekends may be required, depending on scheduling needs.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in the hiring process
  • Interview and orientation competency
  • Supervision of Field Staff
  • Client Assessments
  • Educating and Coaching Caregiver Staff
  • Supervisory Visits of Caregiver Staff and Clients
  • Developing Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Collaborating as a Team Player

Compensation:

  • $65,000 annually (based on a full-time equivalent)
  • Bonus potential
  • Pay is based on experience

Qualifications:

  • MUST BE A LICENSED RN IN NEW JERSEY
