We are open to new college graduates with anticipated graduation dates ranging between Dec 2026-Dec 2027 Description of the program The Amcor EDGE Technical Development Program is a structured two-year rotational program designed to accelerate the development of early-career engineers into future manufacturing and technical leaders within Amcor Flexibles North America. Through a combination of formal training, mentorship, hands-on manufacturing experience, and project leadership opportunities, participants will develop a strong foundation in manufacturing processes, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Engineers in the EDGE Program gain exposure to multiple functions across the organization while building the technical and leadership skills necessary to make an immediate impact within our manufacturing network.
