Job Description

The Customer Experience & Events Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits, product demonstrations, and onsite events within HP's Global Experience Center. This individual will partner closely with sales, marketing, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all experiences are executed seamlessly and professionally.

On a daily basis, this person will coordinate demo schedules, build event agendas, reserve meeting spaces, arrange catering, prepare customer materials, create personalized welcome items, and manage logistics for customer visits. They will work with external vendors, maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, support social media content initiatives, manage customer reference site programs, distribute surveys and analyze feedback, and ensure the overall customer experience meets HP standards. Additionally, they will support purchasing activities, reconcile corporate card expenses, track orders, manage budgets, and assist with purchase orders and vendor payments.

This role will be onsite M - F from 8am to 5pm and pay will vary between 30 - 35/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience coordinating corporate events, customer experiences, hospitality programs, or executive briefings
  • Generate and post interesting and relevant content onto Social Media Page
  • Experience managing multiple events, meetings, or projects simultaneously
  • Strong vendor management experience (catering, rentals, hospitality, event services, etc.)
  • Experience coordinating logistics including scheduling, room reservations, catering, and customer communications
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience supporting executive-level customers, clients, or stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent priority changes
  • Experience managing budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, or corporate card reconciliations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proven ability to proactively solve problems and handle last-minute changes or event issues independently
  • Experience supporting an executive briefing center, customer showcase center, or demonstration facility
  • Experience with customer surveys, NPS tracking, or event feedback reporting
  • Hospitality, hotel, conference center, or luxury customer service background
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing organizations Event management software experience
