Apparel/ Packaging Creative Project Manager

Our client, a leading entertainment merchandising company, is seeking a Mid Level Project Manager to serve as the bridge between Creative, Art Direction, and Account Management teams. This role is responsible for managing project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects move smoothly from concept through execution.This role is onsite in their NYC office 3 days a week and remote 2 days. Salary up to $85KThey are looking for someone with experience working on a high volume of packaging projects per monthResponsibilities:Act as the liaison between Creative, Art Direction, and Account teams.Manage project intake, workflow, schedules, and resource planning.Assess team bandwidth and prioritize projects based on urgency and business needs.Participate in new business and project kickoff meetings to establish workflows and timelines.Ensure clear communication of priorities, deliverables, and project status across teams.Utilize ClickUp to manage projects and workflows.Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Creative Operations, or Resource Management.Strong understanding of creative workflows and design processes.Experience working in fast-paced creative environments such as entertainment, advertising, retail, or consumer products.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.ClickUp experience preferred.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
