This roleis part ofour Travel Guard team. Travel Guard isaleading travel insurancebrand, serving millions of leisure and businesstravelersworldwide. Established in 1982 we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and globalassistanceservices. Travel Guardoperatesservicecentresacross Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to helptravelersnavigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans. What you’ll be doing:
You’ll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.
•You’ll assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.
•You’ll complete offboarding account requests.
•You’ll offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.
•You’ll complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.
•You’ll update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
You’ll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Underwriting or business-related experience.
•You’ll possess an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
•You’ll possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
•You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
