Full job description
Development and Intellectual Disabilities Services (DDA) at Sheppard Pratt offers programs devoted to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including residential rehabilitation. The Sojourn Residential Program team provides integrated rehabilitation to individuals who have both mental illness and an intellectual disability.
What to expect.
This is an opportunity to provide administrative support for mental health treatment. You will serve as the first point-of-contact to clients, their families/support system, outside providers, and referrers. You will have regular interactions with the clients and be actively involved in client treatment through administrative support.
Additional responsibilities include:

Facilitating the day-to-day operations of the team, including coordinating daily schedules and support staff in both the office and the field.

Serving as a liaison between clients and staff.

Auditing medical records for completion of required documentation.

Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support system, other staff, and community agencies.

What we need from you.

A high school diploma or GED.
-
Two years of relevant work experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
