WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the Services Business Units Finance team and is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and transparent financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for Services $200M global business. This role partners closely with business leaders, Site Controllers, Commercial Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance.
This position plays a critical role in the company's financial planning and analysis activities, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes designed to meet business and leadership reporting needs. The Senior Financial Analyst will help deliver meaningful analysis of business performance, identify risks and opportunities, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance financial planning processes across the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties

Support development of financial forecasts, budgets, management reports, and business analyses that support strategic planning and operational decision-making.

Analyze financial results and key business drivers, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.

Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers, evaluate risks and opportunities, and support achievement of revenue, expense, and profitability objectives.

Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, translating financial results into meaningful insights for finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance and enable data-driven decision-making.

Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, business case development, and cost optimization efforts.

Drive continuous improvement in financial planning, reporting, and analytics processes.

You are a highly analytical finance professional with a strong business mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can balance multiple priorities, and effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

4-7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical role.

Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.

Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, Qlik, Business Objects, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within a dynamic business environment.
