Full job description

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build the systems, data, and AI workflows behind Strella’s go-to-market engine. You’ll be the hands-on builder behind how our GTM team finds, wins, and grows accounts. You'll turn buying signals into pipeline, replace manual work with automation, and build repeatable systems that drive revenue. About Strella Strella is reimagining market research with AI. Our platform conducts in-depth, AI-moderated interviews and transforms customer conversations into actionable insights in a fraction of the time of traditional research. We’re building a new model for market research that combines the speed and scale of AI with the strategic expertise of world-class researchers. Our mission is to make high-quality customer understanding faster, more accessible, and more impactful for every business. Company Highlights:

  • Explosive Growth: We’ve more than quadrupled our annual recurring revenue over the past year, demonstrating strong demand for a fundamentally better way to conduct research.

  • Enterprise Traction: Trusted by leading brands including J.Crew, Chobani, and DraftKings to uncover customer insights and inform critical business decisions.

  • Strong Investor Backing: Raised capital from Bessemer Venture Partners to accelerate our mission of transforming the market research industry.

  • Massive Market Opportunity: We’re bringing AI-native technology to a $100B+ global insights industry, replacing slow, expensive research processes with a faster, more scalable approach.

  • Building the Future of Research: We’re expanding beyond software into a new model of full-service insights, combining AI-powered research with expert-led strategy. You’ll be among the earliest hires helping shape this offering.

What You’ll Do Build systems that turn signals into pipeline

  • Identify buying signals: Connect website, intent, event, and market data to identify high-fit accounts ready to engage.

  • Automate prospecting: Build workflows for account enrichment, contact sourcing, scoring, and personalized outreach.

  • Scale what works: Turn successful campaigns and prospecting experiments into repeatable growth engines.

Use AI to create leverage across the revenue lifecycle

  • Build AI workflows: Automate account research, personalized outreach, meeting prep, follow-up, and other GTM activities.

  • Experiment with AI: Use LLMs, agents, and APIs to replace manual work with scalable automation.

  • Drive customer growth: Surface expansion opportunities and customer health signals so CS can act proactively.

Experiment, measure, and improve

  • Identify opportunities: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to find high-impact opportunities for automation and growth.

  • Run experiments: Test new GTM plays to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and efficiency.

  • Measure impact: Track what's working and continuously improve workflows based on results.

Own the infrastructure that makes it possible

  • Build the infrastructure: Own the integrations, data flows, and automation infrastructure connecting our GTM tools.

  • Keep systems reliable: Ensure the data and automations powering our GTM workflows are accurate and scalable.

  • Evolve our stack: Work with tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Lemlist, and evaluate new ones that create meaningful leverage.

Who You Are

  • A builder: You love getting hands-on, experimenting with new tools, and turning ideas into working solutions.

  • AI-native: You already use LLMs to automate your own work and are excited about what they can do for GTM.

  • A systems thinker: You turn messy, manual processes into clean, scalable workflows.

  • Fast-moving: You thrive in a startup where the motion is evolving in real time and are excited about building the plane as you fly it.

  • Commercially minded: You understand how pipeline gets built and deals get won, and care about measurable results.

  • A strong collaborator: You explain technical tradeoffs clearly to non-technical teammates and bring them along.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of total work experience, with 3+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical GTM role.

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying automation, data, and AI workflows, including LLMs and APIs.

  • A track record of measurable impact, such as pipeline generated, hours saved, or conversion improved.

  • An understanding of B2B sales and marketing workflows.

  • Based in NYC and excited to work from our office.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early or founding GTM hire at a B2B SaaS startup

  • Deep working knowledge of our current GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Lemlist, Clay)

Why Strella

  • Huge greenfield market and early traction with top logos

  • An AI-native product that customers rave about

  • Massive impact: join early and help shape the company

  • Competitive salary, early equity, healthcare, flexible PTO, and a 401(k)

  • Hybrid culture with high trust and low ego
