$115,000–$130,000 Base + 15–20% Bonus

Robert Half Financial Services is partnering with a high-growth investment firm focused on venture and growth secondaries. The firm is continuing to expand its investment platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who wants exposure to a sophisticated private markets environment and the opportunity to work closely with a lean, highly experienced team.

The Role

• Support the financial and accounting activities of the firm's investment funds.

• Partner with Fund Administration and internal Finance/Operations teams on fund reporting and accounting processes.

• Assist with fund reconciliations, cash activity, capital calls, distributions, and investment-related transactions.

• Support financial analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects across the fund platform.

• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting, investment management, private equity, venture capital, or related financial services.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
