JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Clinical Platform Delivery is accountable for the lifecycle of the system's clinical applications as platforms rather than as an inventory of individually supported applications. The Director position is highly accountable to platform stewardship: fewer systems, deeper capability and value, and disciplined total cost of ownership.

The Director, Clinical Platform Delivery owns platform roadmaps for the enterprise EHR's clinical domains and adjacent clinical and business systems; including legacy-system convergence; and governs the safe adoption of AI-enabled features arriving inside these platforms.

This is a newly structured position that supersedes the legacy Director of Clinical Applications and is broader in both scope and modernized approach.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience is required; a Master's degree or clinical licensure is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Ten or more years of progressive healthcare IT experience is required, including five or more years leading application, platform, or product teams.
