We are looking for an IT Operations Lead to add their skills to our team supporting a classified customer in the Intelligence Community. This is an exciting and dynamic job opportunity where you ll not only work on an important project, but help advance the U.S mission to protect our Nation and partners.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Eight (8) years of experience encompassing multiple disciplines (e.g., System or Network Engineering, Client Server, Service Operations, Security, and/or Voice Video and Cloud)

  • Four (4) years of experience overseeing and managing O&M support services, to include: IT sustainment activities, IT procurement, system security, asset management, mission support, operations support, and system maintenance

  • Four (4) years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud, Linux, Windows domains, network, telephony, hypervisor, and hyper-converged environments

  • Four (4) years of experience troubleshooting multi-segmented complex systems

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Master's degree in an IT field

  • Eight (8) years of experience within a classified environment

  • Current certifications in CISSP and/or ITIL

  • Four (4) years of experience designing, architecting, and implementing innovative methods to meet mission objective and assess opportunities for innovation

  • Two (2) years of experience identifying improvement areas and suggesting design criteria for solutions

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
