Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Database Specialist. This role will focus on the administration, security, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise Oracle database environments.
Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience -10+ years of database administration/development experience -Strong Oracle RDBMS administration experience, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting -Experience with database security, user access, auditing, and controls -Experience supporting large-scale relational databases in secure environments -Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders -Experience supporting financial, budgeting, logistics, or enterprise business systems -AWS experience, including RDS, EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or DMS -PostgreSQL experience -Experience with Git and JIRA Oracle, AWS, PostgreSQL, or related database/cloud certifications
