Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

• EUC Engineer (Digital Workspace & Onsite Desktop Support) for the End-User Computing (EUC) team.

• Hands-on role to build, run, and support a 100% cloud-native digital workspace, combining engineering across virtual desktops (Omnissa Horizon Cloud on Azure), endpoint management (Intune, Workspace ONE UEM, PDQ Connect), application control and privilege management (BeyondTrust EPM, Airlock Digital), and monitoring (ControlUp, Wyse Management Suite), with onsite deskside/walk-up desktop support at office locations.

• Serves as Tier 2/3 escalation point for the service desk and is the technical expert for the EUC stack, while remaining visible and approachable to end users on site.

• Managed Services Project for Operations and Engineering across Infrastructure, Application, Data, Testing

• Engage directly with business stakeholders and technology leadership to align delivery priorities and effort estimates

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years in EUC, endpoint engineering, VDI, or desktop support/engineering

• Hands-on production experience with Omnissa Horizon (Cloud/DaaS) and App Volumes (app stacks, writable volumes), plus DEM

• Hands-on experience with at least three of: BeyondTrust EPM, Airlock Digital, Netskope, ControlUp, PDQ Connect

• Ability to design solutions and write clear technical documentation

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

• Excellent Written and Communication Skills

• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations

This compensation range is specific to Washington and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000 to $115,000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
