Full job description

Cognizant is seeking an IT Support Technician for a full-time opportunity in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, through various methods like phone, chat, web tickets or in-person assistance.

  • Mobile device management.

  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.

  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.

  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services.

Qualifications:

2 plus years of experience with Desktop Support- Windows and Mac.

1 to 3 years of experience with Mobile Device Management.

Experience with ticketing tools.

ITIL knowledge is preferred.
