Full job description

At NVIDIA, we are at the forefront of innovation in AI, accelerated computing, and networking. Our work is redefining industries from healthcare and automotive to telecommunications. NVIDIA Aerial RAN Computer (ARC) is a key platform for the telco market: a high-performance, energy efficient, 6G-ready accelerated computing platform, designed for telecom networks, enabling commercial AI-RAN deployments and on-ramping to AI-native 5G and 6G. It unifies AI and radio access workloads on a software-defined, accelerated infrastructure to boost performance, efficiency, and monetization. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to orchestrate the development of the NVIDIA ARC product portfolio and its ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible to drive the roadmap and deliver features that will move the needle for our customers.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with Aerial team driving the next wave of AI-RAN Telco products
  • Responsible for the product lifecycle for ARC products, from concept through launch and lifecycle management
  • Understand and articulate the unique value propositions of AI-RAN for telco deployments across all RAN elements (CU, DU and RU), covering both 5G and 6G.
  • Define system-level requirements (PRDs) and prioritize use cases and reference architectures for key verticals including C-RAN, D-RAN, and 6G research platforms.
  • Distill insights from strategic customers and partners to define, prioritize and complete product roadmaps
  • Find opportunities where NVIDIA uniquely can address customer needs, and translate these into compelling accelerated computing (GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC) value proposition and product proposals
  • Work cross functionally with our partners, engineering, operations & field teams to define solutions and develop comprehensive product GTM plans and product positioning
  • Work with our sales organization to develop effective sales collateral and tools

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 12+ years of product management (or similar) experience, with a focus on different compute building blocks and overall solution
  • Knowledge of, and capable of explaining compute building blocks such as GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC.
  • Strong wireless communications technical background and understanding of RAN (CU, DU and RU) and networking architectures
  • Strong desire to learn, motivated to tackle complex problems and the ability to make sophisticated trade-offs
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills-very organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Detailed insights into how RAN building (CU, DU and RU) blocks interact across different splits (7.2x / CAT-A / CAT-B, ULPI and fronthaul (eCPRI/CPRI)).
  • TCO analysis of telco deployments, with functional tradeoffs between baseband (CU+DU) and Radio (RU)
  • Direct development experience with NVIDIA software (Aerial), hardware (GPU, CPU, NIC, DPU) and SDKs
  • Successful product launches at telcos, for 4G or 5G technology, covering both Baseband (CU, DU) and Radio (RU)

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
