Experience with acquisitions, contract-based work, and local projects is also highly valued.
What You'll Do

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate workforce needs into compelling candidate profiles, targeted sourcing strategies, and effective hiring plans.
Lead recruitment for Human Resources and Finance roles while flexing across corporate, Workforce, Occupational Health, and healthcare-related hiring needs as priorities shift.
Build proactive, sustainable talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, market insights, and recruiting technology.
Assess candidates thoughtfully against role requirements and guide hiring teams through an efficient, consistent, and engaging selection process.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor by setting expectations, communicating proactively, solving problems, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate across Talent Acquisition and Human Resources on employer branding, employee referrals, talent initiatives, process improvements, and inclusive recruiting practices.
Support recruiting needs associated with acquisitions, contracts, and local projects, adapting quickly to new business requirements and stakeholder groups.
Ensure recruiting practices align with organizational policies and applicable employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Step into new priorities as needed with flexibility, curiosity, and a team-first mindset.
