Construction Cleaning Lead / Site Supervisor – Huron Valley Area

Clean Dreams LLC is seeking experienced Crew Leads and Site Supervisor candidates for a long-term school construction project in the Huron Valley / western Oakland County area. This role is for individuals who can work hands-on with the crew while also helping manage daily assignments, quality control, attendance, supplies, safety, and communication with project leadership. Responsibilities may include directing construction cleaning crews, assigning work areas, checking completed work, supporting final-clean and turnover activities, coordinating floor-care and detail-cleaning tasks, tracking attendance and productivity, helping maintain site readiness, and escalating field issues when needed. We are looking for people who can lead by example, communicate clearly, stay organized, and keep crews moving without sacrificing quality. Preferred experience includes: - Commercial or construction cleaning - Janitorial supervision - Floor care - Crew leadership - Facilities or building-services supervision - Active construction-site experience Requirements: - Reliable transportation - Ability to perform hands-on cleaning work when needed - Strong attendance and communication - Ability to follow and enforce jobsite safety requirements - W-2 employment - School-site background screening required before site access - Ability to work around active construction operations Compensation: Crew Lead: $22--$27/hr Site Supervisor: $26--$32/hr Certain designated project assignments may be subject to applicable prevailing-wage and certified-payroll requirements.
