The position is responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities. Work includes planning, assigning, supervising and inspecting the work of Buildings Maintenance Division employees; responding to building maintenance requests; establishing work priorities based on operational needs, safety issues, personnel and budget; oversees the performance of contracted services. The position also provides support for special Town events and emergency operations, including snow and ice removal, storm cleanup and other activities as assigned.
