Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 40100 HWY 27 City: DAVENPORT State: Florida Postal Code: 33837 Job Description:
- Understands regulations affecting customer’s right to confidential information as it pertains to minors and adults.
- Demonstrates knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair medical and non-medical equipment using test equipment.
- Understands the importance of documenting maintenance history of medical equipment and completes documentation for scheduled and unscheduled work performed.
- Demonstrates a cooperative attitude, displays a willingness to accept new tasks, and performs routine tasks proactively.
- Performs related duties as directed and with a cost-conscious attitude to time usage, materials, and supplies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to assemble, maintain, and repair various medical equipment [Required]
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field [Required]
- Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition [Required]
- Ability to comprehend technical manuals and instructions [Required]
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
Education:
- High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Technical/Vocational School [Preferred]
Work Experience:
- 3+ of industry experience, or military setting with electronics background. [Required]
- Field service maintenance with a medical equipment maintenance vendor is also acceptable. [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Driver's License (DL) [Required]
- Certified Biomedical Equipment Tech (CBET) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$21.17 - $39.39 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
