Full job description

Our client, Logistics and Warehousing is seeking a Warehosue Associate to join their team. As a Warehosue Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day fulfillment and shipping/receiving activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehosue Associate

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: 6 AM- 2:30 PM Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

  • Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill, taper line work, and packing

  • Support order fulfillment through picking, order induction, and replenishment activities

  • Handle receiving and unloading (manual) while maintaining accurate workflow

  • Assist with LTL sorting and loading/unloading operations, including manual loading and trailer loading/unloading

  • Contribute to value-added services such as kitting, production assembly, labeling, and general housekeeping (including trash removal and detrashing pallets of plastic/straps)

What's Needed?

  • Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to take direction and follow set standards of performance and safety

  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to support quality and workflow in a busy warehouse environment

  • Team player attitude with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting weight up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, and standing for periods of time

  • Ability to work in a warehousing type environment that may be noisy at times; experience in manufacturing, transportation, or warehousing is desired but not required
