The Global Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $600B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration and multi-currency notional pooling. The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries.
The North America Liquidity Product Management team is responsible for delivering innovative liquidity solutions that help clients optimize cash positioning, improve operational efficiency, and manage working capital across complex domestic and international structures.
This role serves as the Product Manager for North America Cash Concentration capabilities while helping shape the strategic direction of the broader Global Liquidity Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing the management of a mature and highly scaled product portfolio with the development of future capabilities that support evolving client needs, industry trends, regulatory expectations, and enterprise strategic priorities.
The role requires a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, and influence across a highly matrixed organization. The individual will work closely with Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and global Product partners to drive product performance, platform modernization, and client-centric innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Cash Concentration, Global Sweep Solutions, and related liquidity products
Identify market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends that inform future product investments

Partner with executive leadership to establish long-term strategy for the Global Liquidity Platform

Serve as a thought leader on cash concentration solutions
-
Strong experience managing products through the product lifecycle, including risk management
-
Maintain product governance, product documentation, procedures, client agreements, and product management standards
-
Lead development of new liquidity capabilities including digital, real-time, and platform modernization initiatives
-
Partner with Technology and Operations teams to define business requirements and prioritize development activities
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization and implementation
-
Maintain ownership of product risk governance activities, including audits, regulatory reviews, risk assessments, controls, and remediation efforts
-
Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs.
Required Skills:

Demonstrated product management experience with responsibility for strategy, commercialization, governance, and product lifecycle management

Strong knowledge of cash concentration, liquidity management, and deposit products

Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across a matrixed organization

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Experience developing business requirements and managing technology initiatives

Strong understanding of risk management and control environments
