Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision to be part of the leadership team at our facility. This is a grocery warehouse and operates in both a dry and cold environment - not freezer. The ideal candidate will oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving operations, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Experience in Amazon and 3PL environments is preferred.

Salary:

  • This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22 - $26/hour, DOE

Shift:

  • 1st Shift Full Time Monday - Friday Start time 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or End Of Shift

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse supervision.

  • Preference for experience in grocery and 3PL environments.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Managers in managing day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics.

  • Assist in developing and implementing warehouse policies to optimize efficiency and performance.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to track and improve warehouse performance.

  • Lead and mentor warehouse personnel, ensuring a motivated and productive team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and achieve company objectives.

  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
