Aspen Grove is a premier retirement community in Lambertville, Michigan which provides quality care to residents in Assisted living and Memory Care. We offer: *Flexible scheduling *Cutting edge technology to enhance to lives of our residents and make your job easier and more effective *Safely You-AI video technology that detects falls *Sage-Improve call light response time and improvement to service and care. *Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401K, EAP, Dependent Care and FSA saving account, PTO Responsibilities include: *Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication treatment and other care while encouraging self care and independence. *Escorts residents both within the building and outside as needed *Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards *May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis *Treat residents with dignity and respect al all times.
