Job Description

Support ROW needs for natural gas pipeline construction projects from development through completion Research property ownership and perform title searches Acquire and negotiate easements, permits, fee title, and other land rights Communicate and negotiate directly with landowners Resolve pipeline encroachments and property-owner damage claims Prepare ROW cost estimates and project documentation Provide direction to third-party ROW agents Complete project closeout reporting and documentation

($30-40/hr)

Skills and Requirements

Right-of-way, land acquisition, real estate, or similar experience Experience with title research/property ownership Experience acquiring or negotiating easements, permits, or land rights Strong landowner communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities at once Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to travel overnight occasionally Natural gas pipeline or utility experience Knowledge of land rights and surveying principles Understanding of contract and real estate law Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
