  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating the work of other developers, with accountability for a team’s delivery consistency and quality.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including global or distributed teams, providing structured updates on progress and results and translating business requirements into actionable technical plans.

  • Experience working collaboratively in agile teams and participating in Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning); experience facilitating or running ceremonies.

  • Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or similar.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with React as an additional frontend framework alongside Angular.

  • Prior experience leading a distributed or regional team within a global engineering organization.
