Full job description
At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Interns in IT & Systems teams of Regeneron Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS). This group secures our manufacturing and operations organization against technology threats, keeps IT running reliably and in compliance, and drives digital transformation that delivers new, integrated capabilities.
These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
When & Where:
Location: Rensselaer / East Greenbush / Troy, NY
Timeframe: Our internship positions are full-time and onsite from May/June-August
Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$25.50 per hour.
What you'll do:
-
These roles build and support the software and digital tools that keep manufacturing and quality operations running — from internal business applications to dashboards and systems designed for use in a regulated environment.
-
Projects include developing internal business applications from requirements gathering through testing and rollout, building low-code tools and automation workflows (for example, with the Microsoft Power Platform), creating searchable, database-backed tools for tracking assets and equipment requirements with traceability, prototyping tools that use existing AI models — including AI agents that check reports against standards — and designing dashboards and reporting tools that pull data from multiple systems.
-
These are applied IT roles in a regulated environment, which means change management and documentation are part of the work.
-
Programming experience in at least one language is typically expected (such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript); interest in AI tools is a plus. A few projects are better suited to graduate students.
Relevant majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics/Mathematics; engineering and supply chain/industrial engineering majors with programming or low-code experience
Let's find out if we're a fit:
-
Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
-
Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
-
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
