LOCATION OF POSITION:Fairport NY 14450;Curriculum, Instruction & Professional Development

TERM OF EMPLOYMENT:Full-Time, 10-Month +20 Days

STARTING DATE:October 2026

SALARY RANGE:$54,417 - $87,804 per school year

*Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.

DUTIES:

  1. Communicate and monitor the process to request online instructional resources, systems and subscriptions.

  2. Support teacher access to instructional resources and effective usage/professional learning to support classroom instruction.

  3. Communicate with vendors and facilitate purchasing and renewing Ed Law 2d compliant online subscriptions.

  4. Maintain and update systems to manage online accounts, including class rosters, logins and passwords.

  5. Ongoing monitoring of the analytics provided on staff usage and data monitoring to measure effectiveness and provide data driven analysis for improvements.

  6. Collaborate with others to support transforming student data into actual insights.

7.Collaborate with teachers to improve the quality of educational programs for all students through co-teaching and modeling of instructional strategies.

8.Analyze and use formative and summative assessment data to make informed instructional decisions.

  1. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the quality of instruction for all students through standards-based practices.

  2. Lead curriculum development and alignment to NYS standards.

11.Provide professional learning, instructional coaching and follow-up support for staff on state and district initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities Initial or Professional, or Special Education Permanent preferred.

  2. Experience coaching and providing professional learning for adults.

  3. Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and State Ed initiatives.

  4. Passion for learning and implementing new technologies.

  5. Strong organizational skills.

  6. Ability to clearly communicate, maintain, and audit/develop instructional technology processes.

  7. Enthusiasm for exploring data.

  8. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Excel.

  9. Experience with educational technology and artificial intelligence tools.

  10. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

11.Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation)
