Summary of Role: We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own and evolve our next-generation customer and partner engagement platform. In this hands-on individual-contributor role, you will write code, make architecture decisions, and directly guide a small internal team along with an external contractor team delivering integration work.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical architecture and roadmap for a customer- and partner-facing web platform, spanning frontend interfaces, backend APIs, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure

  • Serve as final technical reviewer and approver for the platform's codebases, including environment promotion and release management

  • Directly manage a small team of full-time engineers, including code review, technical mentorship, and workload prioritization

  • Direct and review deliverables from an external contractor team building third-party system integrations, ensuring quality and architectural consistency

  • Diagnose and resolve production incidents across cloud infrastructure and identity/authentication systems, including root-cause analysis of infrastructure and integration failures

  • Design and implement data migration and integration scripts between enterprise systems, with production-grade reliability, resumability, and audit logging

  • Use tools and real user feedback to analyze and optimize the platform, including through performance monitoring and user experience improvements

  • Interact with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather requirements, scope integrations, and drive architectural decisions based on user needs

  • Help maintain documentation and reference implementations that customers and internal teams rely on

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience, including production ownership of a customer-facing web application

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers, including distributed or contractor teams

  • Strong programming experience in a modern frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar) and a backend language/framework (Python, Node.js, or similar)

  • Experience with REST APIs, authentication systems, state management, and responsive design

  • Experience with databases, caching, microservices, and application security

  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation on cloud platforms

  • Experience debugging complex, distributed web applications in production

  • Fluency in English — written & verbal

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent years in Software Engineering with progressive leadership scope.

  • Experience managing or coordinating offshore/contractor engineering teams

  • Experience with large-scale data migration projects between enterprise systems

  • Experience with ticketing or service-management platform integrations via API

  • Experience with enterprise identity/auth protocols (OAuth/OIDC, SAML, or similar)

  • Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or other regulated enterprise environments

Expected Salary Range

$167,000.00 - $275,000.00
