Job Description

The Information Security Team looking to bring on a Technical Project Manager. The candidate will have frequent interaction with Security team, and technical leadership, technical staff and Agencies, and be expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, structuring execution, and delivery of strategic technical initiatives to enhance our information security program elements, including compliance, governance, and technical controls.

Collaborate with Technical Security Team, Security Team leadership, CISO, Agency technical and operational staff, vendors, consultants to coordinate, lead, structure, and support the ongoing information security programs and efforts.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of mid-level experience in security architecture, SecOps, application or systems security, vulnerability management, compliance or other security focused disciplines. Demonstrable experience with information security program elements such as vulnerability management, application security, systems and network security, penetration testing a plus. Practical demonstrable experience in building and optimizing security programs, security operations, compliance or technical security disciplines. Support the development, implementation, and maturity of security programs and controls aligned with NIST and other security frameworks, while collaborating with agencies, technical teams, and stakeholders to strengthen the State's overall security, risk, and compliance posture. Demonstrable agentic AI experience strongly desired.
