Position Summary

Responsible for the project management of all materials supported by the Content Management team, ensuring milestone deliverables are met and tracked in a way that provides leadership with clear line of sight into the progress of those efforts.

  • Planning: Responsible for definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables; and creation of detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Execution: Manage resources, lead and motivate the content team, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Monitoring: Track project progress against the plan, identify and resolve roadblocks, and update project plan accordingly.
  • Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, providing regular updates, and ensuring clear communication between the team and leadership.
  • Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Quality assurance: Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

  • Process flow development
  • Quickbase development and management
  • Product content library oversight and management
  • Workfront oversight
  • Sharepoint development and management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Be detail oriented and knowledgeable in Visio, Asana, and Sharepoint.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Medicare experience and a strong background in project management.
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple business and vendor partners.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
