Track Marshal – Go-Karts

Get Ready to Race
Something exciting is taking shape at Jake’s Unlimited. We’re adding an all-new two-story indoor go-kart track, and we’re building the team that will bring the racing experience to life.
As a Track Marshal, you’ll be at the center of the action—welcoming racers, preparing guests for their race, monitoring the track, and helping deliver an experience that is exciting, organized, and above all, safe.
We’re looking for energetic, confident team members who communicate well, stay focused, and know how to have fun while taking safety seriously.
What You’ll Do

Welcome racers and create an energetic, exciting guest experience

Provide clear and confident pre-race safety instructions

Help guests properly prepare for their race, including helmets and other required safety equipment

Assist guests with safely loading into and exiting go-karts

Monitor races and track activity closely from assigned positions

Enforce racing rules and safety requirements consistently

Communicate with racers using established signals, flags, and track procedures

Respond quickly and appropriately to stopped karts, incidents, or other track conditions

Help maintain an organized and efficient flow of racers through staging, pit, and track areas

Communicate with fellow Track Marshals and race operations team members throughout each race

Keep the track, pit, staging, and guest areas clean, organized, and safe
-
Complete opening, closing, and daily operating responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional guest service throughout the experience
Who We’re Looking For

Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests
-
Safety-focused with strong situational awareness
-
Confident communicating instructions and rules to individuals and groups
-
Able to remain focused and attentive while monitoring an active track
-
Comfortable enforcing safety requirements in a friendly but consistent manner
-
Able to react quickly and remain calm when something unexpected happens

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
-
Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
-
Able to perform the physical requirements necessary to assist guests and respond to track situations

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous guest service, attractions, recreation, sports, or motorsports experience is a plus, but karting experience is not required. We’ll provide the training you need to operate the track safely and confidently.
