Insight Global is seeking a Secret Windows Systems Administrator to support a federal program in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will provide Windows 11 systems administration and end-user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while supporting system upgrades, patching, vulnerability remediation, and security requirements. Candidates must have 3+ years of professional IT experience, an active IAT Level II certification, and an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The pay for this role ranges from $30-$41/hour, based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of professional IT / Systems Administration experience
Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
Active IAT Level II certification
Strong Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and network issues
Proficiency with ACAS and ability to complete DISA ACAS training
Experience with Windows Active Directory, LAN/WAN environments, and Microsoft 365
Experience with software installs, system upgrades, patching, and IAV remediation
Working knowledge of STIGs, RMF, and DoD security/accreditation processes
Experience supporting end-user hardware, including PCs, printers, scanners, and CACs
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/change-management tools
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree
Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Experience working with an ISSO on system accreditation
