Schedule Details/Additional Information:
Variable, primarily NOC shift, NOC shift weekend, every 3rd weekend rotation, call required, holiday rotation. Telemetry and ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30
A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.
Where You Will Work: Join our 47-bed Medical Surgical unit at Aurora Medical Center-Bay Area, where you will care for a vast variety of patients. Specializing in the care of Medical and Surgical patients of many kinds. We work with a variety of teammates including Advocate Aurora Physicians who represent a variety of specialties to provide quality and compassionate care for all patients.

We’re Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Telemetry and ACLS are required within 6 months of hire.

- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
