Full job description

Description

Own Amazon Ads' Ad Tech relationship with one of the largest advertising holding companies in the US, and set the strategy for how our entire Ad Tech suite lands inside it.

You're the point person for their senior ad tech, martech, and data leaders into Amazon Ads. You plan for how they adopt Amazon DSP and AMC, and build on our APIs and MCP servers, the pieces that integrate Amazon into the agency's own tools, data infrastructure, workflows, and AI, with measurement wired back into their own stack. That integration is what moves Amazon from a platform they buy on to a capability built into how they operate.

Key job responsibilities

You'll run the Ad Tech operating plan for your HoldCo relationship and own three strategic fronts inside it.

(1) The platform. Your HoldCo is one of our most sophisticated partners, and they'll tell you constantly where Amazon DSP and the buying experience fall short. You turn that signal into roadmap influence: carry the priorities to our product teams, hold us accountable for delivering, give the HoldCo honest transparency on progress.

(2) The operating model. Every major HoldCo wants to scale globally across planning, activation, and measurement. You work out what has to be true for Amazon to become a more integrated part of how they run, then line up Sales, Product, and Finance behind the opportunities worth funding.

(3) Agentic workflows. This is where AI starts to change the work itself, and the breakthrough is usually local. You spot wins where an account team proves a new use case, connect the right people, and scale them so local innovation becomes global capability. A regular business-review cadence keeps you tracking adoption, surfacing blockers, and spotting what's working in one market that should run everywhere.

About the team

We partner with the largest advertising holding companies in the world to grow revenue through the adoption of Amazon's Ad Tech suite. We're the team that turns sophisticated partners into integrated ones, influencing the DSP roadmap on their behalf, embedding Amazon deeper into how they plan and buy, and scaling the best ideas across global relationships so what works in one market doesn't stay there. The work is strategic, deep, and genuinely collaborative. We care about developing a relationship that matters and making it the proof point others follow.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience

  • 8+ years of selling programmatic or data driven ad products or platforms experience

  • Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

  • Experience selling into or working within a global advertising holding company, and navigating its planning, activation, and investment leadership.

  • Working knowledge of programmatic buying mechanics, real-time bidding, identity resolution, and attribution, enough to be credible with technical buyers without being an engineer.

  • Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, or comparable platforms.
