The selected candidates will provide ON-SITE administrative and technical oversight for all construction activities. Please apply if you possess the following education and competencies: * Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field - preferred. * 5+ years of experience working on large commercial construction projects managing all on-site construction activities including field staff, subcontractors and consultants. * Ability to interpret building plans and specs. * OSHA 10 Certification Required. * OSHA 30 Certification Preferred. * Experience administering jobsite safety programs and quality management. * Working knowledge of CPM Schedule. * Working knowledge of cost report and labor production report. * Thorough knowledge of subcontract language. * Ability to work with and manage multiple people.SALARY RANGE:$100-160K +/- (Based on Experience).
