El Paso, TX, USA | Hourly | per hour You will receive overtime at 1.5 times hourly rate. This role will require significant OT. | Full Time

AGRILAND FS is looking for a dependable, safety-focused individual to join our team as a Field Quality & Asset Technician. In this role, you'll help ensure our customer job sites, fueling equipment, and company assets operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. What you'll do:

  • Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) inspections at customer job sites to ensure work meets company standards

  • Inspect fuel systems, tanks, hoses, fittings, and related equipment for leaks, wear, and potential failures

  • Safely deliver fuel to customer equipment and job sites using company fuel trailers

  • Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on fuel trailers, tanks, pumps, hoses, and related assets

  • Identify, document, and communicate maintenance needs, safety concerns, and quality issues

  • Conduct routine job site safety observations and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and PPE requirements

  • Maintain accurate inspection, maintenance, fuel delivery, and compliance records

  • Assist with spill prevention, environmental compliance, and emergency response activities as needed

  • Work closely with Operations, Safety, and Service teams to resolve field issues and improve operational performance

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready service vehicle and equipment

  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs

  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping

  • Experience with fuel systems, construction equipment, inspections, or field service is preferred

  • CDL or the ability to obtain one is a plus
