About the role: As a Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and defining the ATM product strategy and delivering business outcomes by translating strategy into execution. You'll drive product enhancements, client adoption, and market differentiation through cross-functional leadership and customer-focused innovation. What you'll be doing: Product Execution & Delivery Own product roadmap execution for ATM driving capabilities. Translate strategic objectives into prioritized initiatives and product requirements. Partner with technology, operations, risk, and client teams to deliver product enhancements on time and with measurable impact. Own commercial relationship(s) with all required ATM Vendors (NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, Planet Payment, etc) Customer & Market Insight Develop a deep understanding of client needs, competitive offerings, and market trends. Bring customer insights into roadmap decisions and commercialization activities. Act as the product SME for assigned capabilities and client discussions. Commercial Growth Accountable and responsible for ATM P&L, cost efficiencies, revenue growth strategies Support growth objectives through increased client adoption, transaction volume, and feature utilization. Partner with Relationship Management, and Marketing teams to enable successful product launches and client engagement.
