Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support technology insertion, infrastructure innovation, and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives within a large-scale data center environment. This individual will drive emerging technologies through the product lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and vendor teams to bring new solutions from evaluation through deployment. This TPM will primarily support technology insertion programs, coordinating engineering documentation, engineering bulletins, technical drawings, vendor engagement, and cross-functional decision making. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in ambiguity, proactively gathering information from stakeholders, driving alignment across teams, and managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously. Additionally, this individual will contribute to automation and operational maturity initiatives by helping develop dashboards, improve reporting, standardize processes across global teams, and identify opportunities to streamline previously manual workflows. A portion of the role will also support emerging power and infrastructure technologies, including controller platforms and future onsite generation solutions.

Skills and Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), technology insertion, or hardware deployment programs
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and technology maturation processes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, operations, and vendors
  • Experience managing technical documentation, engineering drawings, change management, and program deliverables
  • Experience driving technical programs in data center, infrastructure, manufacturing, hardware, or engineering-focused environments
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively drive stakeholder engagement and decision making
  • Experience developing or managing dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools
  • Strong project planning, risk management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Experience supporting data center infrastructure or critical facilities programs
  • Experience with automation initiatives, reporting improvements, and process standardization
  • Experience supporting power systems, controls systems, battery technologies, microgrids, or similar infrastructure technologies
  • Experience working with globally distributed engineering and operations teams
