This is a maker role. You'll personally design work across campaigns, digital experiences, video, presentations, and sales materials while helping CPI build a more modern, distinctive, and scalable creative approach. You'll work across everything from paid ads and social creative to website experiences and executive presentations, with the judgment to understand when something needs to be fast and functional and when it needs exceptional craft. AI will be a core part of how you work. CPI is building AI into our brand and creative workflows, including brand skills, design capabilities, ideation, iteration, and production. We're looking for a designer who is excited to combine strong design fundamentals and human judgment with an evolving set of AI creative tools to explore more ideas, move faster, and produce better creative. What You Get to Do Every Day: Design Across the Customer Experience Personally design campaign assets across paid media, organic social, email, landing pages, and other digital channels. Create website creative and partner with Digital and Marketing teams to improve how CPI's brand and story come to life online. Design customer- and Sales-facing materials, including presentations, one-pagers, event materials, and other priority assets.
