JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you the person who keeps production moving and somehow makes all the pieces fit? Westphal Staffing is partnering with a well-established Central Wisconsin manufacturer seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join their team! In this role, you'll manage the Master Production Schedule, balance customer demand with production capacity, identify bottlenecks, prioritize orders, and coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Production to help keep everything running on time. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of production scheduling, operations planning, or manufacturing coordination experience Experience with ERP and scheduling systems Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Manufacturing experience; ETO/BTO experience is a plus Someone who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and keeping production on track, we'd love to connect!
