Digital UX Strategist

Primary Responsibilities

  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for best-in-class digital experiences while supporting Company’s business objectives and priorities.

  • Use customer research, analytics, and market insights to inform digital strategy and optimization efforts.

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and content evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Define customer journeys, information architecture, and user flows across web and mobile experiences.

  • Translate business goals and customer needs into effective digital experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and recommend experience improvements.

  • Partner with designers and developers to create and implement user-centered solutions.

  • Define requirements and support successful development and implementation of approved solutions.

  • Ensure digital experiences follow usability, accessibility, and navigation best practices.

  • Establish and monitor UX performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design UX, or Psychology, along with at least 2 years of related experience

  • Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

  • Occasional travel (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile experiences.

  • Understanding of UX, UI, content strategy, and digital best practices.

  • Knowledge of user research, analytics, and usability testing methods.

  • Experience with design systems and Figma digital design platform.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable team player.

This is an on-site position at the New Bremen, OH location.
