Your Opportunity:
Taylor Print Impressions , a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Postal Compliance Specialist to join the team in Arden Hills, MN. They are seeking a well-organized individual who is responsible for all mailing regulations, processing, verification, and information as it relates to direct mail pieces sent from Taylor Corporation.
Work Authorization : To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for USPS regulations, postal compliance, and mailing best practices.

Review, prepare, approve, and maintain postal documentation to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely mail production.

Verify mailing quality, production schedules, and documentation while supporting successful job execution from planning through delivery.

Manage postage accounts, permit balances, postal transactions, and reconciliation of postage-related discrepancies.

Coordinate production schedules and deadlines with USPS, presort providers, international mail brokers, transportation partners, and external vendors.

Provide postal guidance and recommendations to project managers, production teams, and key stakeholders to optimize mailing efficiency and costs.

Monitor and communicate job status throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring accurate tracking and on-time delivery.

Build strong relationships with local and regional USPS contacts to resolve issues and support operational needs.

Participate in pre-production meetings and ongoing training to stay current on USPS regulations and industry best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
You Must Have:

Strong basic math, reading, organization, and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with company and ISO procedures.

Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as business needs require.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $51,400 - 64,300. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
