Mode of Interview :- Web Interview *** Very long term project (initial PO for 1 year and usually the project goes for 3-5 years with this customer) Hybrid (2 days per a week onsite) at Lansing-MIBackground check required before you start the project

Job Description:-

Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.

BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users, writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex)
Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus
MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite
MUST HAVE data analytics experience
Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
