Job Title: Woodward Copper Marketing Coordinator Job Status: Year Round Full Time Compensation and Benefits: - Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2,222.46 to $2,330.77+ biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. - Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in company subsidized medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, HSA, life/disability options; season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. Job Summary: The Woodward Marketing Coordinator is a key member of the marketing team. This self-motivated individual is responsible for overseeing industry-leading photo and video content, and the overall storytelling, consistent with the Woodward Copper and Copper Mountain voice and branding to enhance the efforts of the marketing team and the resort as a whole. Along with content oversight, the Woodward Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing all of Woodward Copper's photo and video assets, website, email communications, and social pages. The Woodward Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the selection, management, and oversight of the Woodward Copper ambassador program. This person works directly with the Copper marketing and Woodward teams to determine content needs and works with cross-departmental team members to fulfill those needs. The Woodward Marketing Coordinator will promote Woodward Copper at live shows and events at Copper as well as off-site. This team member aims to expand Woodward Copper audience and maximize revenue. The Woodward Marketing Coordinator is passionate about skillfully articulating all aspects of resort life and marketing that content to an evolving consumer.
